How to Delete Notifications

Note: Pelican alarm notifications should always be resolved properly, and not simply be deleted from the Pelican Web-App.

However, in order to delete an alarm notification, two conditions must be met.

  • The alarm notification is deleted by an administrator by selecting the trash can icon in the bottom-right of the notifications.
  • The alarm conditioned is cleared, such that the cause of the alarm has been resolved.
Important: If an alarm notification is deleted without being resolved, the system will resend the same alarm notification within 24-hours.
