How to Respond to a ‘Check CO2 Sensor’ Alarm
Your Pelican thermostat has a CO2 sensor mounted inside of it. If this sensor is not properly installed or if it got damaged, your thermostat will send you this notification.
Next Steps
- Locate this thermostat and remove the front plate.
- Check that the CO2 sensor is properly mounted into your thermostat’s back plate and has not been damaged.
- If the CO2 sensor looks to be properly mounted, contact support@pelicanwireless.com for further assistance.
