How to Respond to a ‘Check CO2 Sensor’ Alarm

Your Pelican thermostat has a CO2 sensor mounted inside of it. If this sensor is not properly installed or if it got damaged, your thermostat will send you this notification.

Next Steps

  1. Locate this thermostat and remove the front plate.
  2. Check that the CO2 sensor is properly mounted into your thermostat’s back plate and has not been damaged.
  3. If the CO2 sensor looks to be properly mounted, contact support@pelicanwireless.com for further assistance.
