How to Stop Receiving Notifications

There are a few ways to stop receiving notifications.

Note: Only an Admin of the Pelican site can perform options 1 through 3.
  1. If the individual is a User or Admin within the system, navigate to Admin > User Management > (Name). Now, set Receive Email Notifications and/or Receive Text Notifications to NO.
  2. Remove any individual, user or non-user of the Pelican site, by navigating to Admin > Site Settings > (Name). Now select the Delete (minus symbol) button to the right of their name.
  3. Deleting a User or Admin from the Pelican site will automatically stop them from receiving notifications. Navigate to Admin > User Management > (Name), and select the Delete button located at the top-right corner of the screen.
  4. Any individual receiving notifications by email can select Unsubscribe to stop receiving notifications and they will be removed from the list.
