This means the that thermostat is unable to communicate with your Pelican Web-App.
Next Steps
- Confirm your Pelican thermostat has power. If it does not, restore power and wait for it to connect back to the Internet.
- Check if any other Pelican thermostats or devices have lost power. Since each device is an important part of your Pelican wireless network, it is key that they are all active and are providing wireless routes to bridge your entire Pelican system to your Pelican Web-App. If you find multiple devices do not have power, restore power to all your Pelican devices and provide them with sometime to establish new routes back to your Pelican Web-App.
