Events for an Individual Thermostat
Events can be assigned to individual thermostats and is a temporary schedule that will override an existing standard operating schedule for the selected period of time.
Tip: Any events which are added, modified, and viewed can be edited using the Schedule Dashboard.

Create a Thermostat Event
- Select Climate Control (or, the thermostat’s Group) > Thermostat . You will see a button for that thermostat’s Events Calendar.
- Select the Events Calendar.
- Select + New Event to create a new event.
- Enter an Event Name.
- Set a Start Time by first selecting start time (clock).
- Set a End Time by first selecting end time (clock).
- Using the slider bars, adjust to the desired start and end times in hours (h) and minutes (m).
- Events can be set to None or to repeat Daily, Weekly, Monthly or Yearly.
- None: This is a one-time event which will occur only on the Start Date.
- Daily: This Event will be repeated every day until the End Date.
- Weekly: This Event will be repeated on the same day of the week until the End Date.
- Monthly: This Event will be repeated on the same day of the month each month until the End Date.
- Yearly: This Event will be repeated on the same date each year until the End Date.
- Select a Start Date and an End Date for the event.
- Using the slider bars, set the desired Heat Setting and Cool Setting.
- Under System, select Auto, Heat or Cool.
- If set to Auto, the system will follow the set Heat Setting and set Cool setting and follow the event as set for these settings.
- If set to Heat, the system will display only a Heat Setting and follow the event based on the set temperature.
- If set to Cool, the system will display only a Cool Setting and follow the event based on the set temperature.
- If set to Off, the system will be set to off and will not follow the event.
- The Fan setting may be set as On or Auto.
- Auto: The fan will be turned on when calling for heat or cool.
- On: The fan will run continuously.
- Select whether the Front Keypad of the thermostat should be set as Locked or Unlocked during this event set time.
- Select Done to save the event.
Tip: A Thermostat Event can also be created from the Schedule Dashboard. From the Schedule Dashboard, if you select a date next to the thermostat, this event will only apply to that specific thermostat and will be displayed as blue to indicate an individual event in the calendar.
Edit a Thermostat Event
- Select Climate Control (or, the thermostat’s Group) > Thermostat . You will see a button for that thermostat’s Events Calendar.
- Select the event you want to edit by clicking on the EDIT button.
- Adjust the time range and settings for the event.
- Enter or rename the Event Name.
- Set a Start Time by first selecting start time (clock icon).
- Set a End Time by first selecting end time (clock icon).
- Using the slider bars, adjust to the desired start and end times in hours (h) and minutes (m).
- Using the slider bars, set the desired Heat Setting and Cool Setting.
- Under System, select Auto, Heat , Cool or Off.
- If set to Auto, the system will follow the set Heat Setting and set Cool setting and follow the event as set for these settings.
- If set to Heat, the system will display only a Heat Setting and follow the event based on the set temperature.
- If set to Cool, the system will display only a Cool Setting and follow the event based on the set temperature.
- If set to Off, the system will be set to off and will not follow the event.

The Fan setting may be set as On or Auto.

Delete a Thermostat Event
- Select Climate Control (or, the thermostat’s Group) > Thermostat . You will see a button for that thermostat’s Events Calendar.
- Select the event that you would like to delete.
- Select the Delete button at the bottom of the event.
