What is Unoccupied Setback
Unoccupied Setback is how many degrees the thermostat should setback when the space is unoccupied. The allowable setback range is 0 to 10 in 2°F increments.
Tip: This will only be viewable if you have installed the Pelican thermostats with motion sensors. With a motion sensor installed, you will be able to see when the space was occupied and when the HVAC unit ran. This is viewed on the master Thermostat’s History Graph, specifically the Space Temperature Graph. Unoccupied periods of time will display as black bars with the word ‘Unoccupied’ at the top of the graph.
