How One-Touch Vacation Works
Pelican provides you with both an automated calendar or a manual button to switch your to vacation mode. One-Touch Vacation allows you to configure Vacation Schedules for all thermostats.
If you enable the One-Touch Vacation feature, you can use the One-Touch Vacation button to switch thermostats between their normal schedule and their vacation schedule.
Turning this option ON will add an On Vacation button to the home menu.
You will see the option Occupied, when your thermostats are operating using their regular schedules.
- To switch from your Occupied to the predefined On Vacation schedule, select the Occupied button, then select the On Vacation button.
- Note the change on your home screen from Occupied to On Vacation. When On Vacation, thermostats that have vacation schedules will now revert to using their vacation schedule instead of their regular schedules.
Important: This option is only to be used when absolutely needed. The One-Touch Vacation will keep the thermostats in Vacation mode until it is manually turned OFF.
